How fast do you deliver?
We usually ship on the day of the order.

Can I order on account?
This is possible for companies, cities and municipalities. Simply enter a check mark at the end of the ordering process for "pay on account". Individuals can use the "PayPal invoice payment" option - even without a PayPal account. We receive our money from PaypalEurope and you transfer directly.

How do I find a specific item in the online shop?
Go to the magnifying glass on the top right and enter your search. All matching articles are then displayed.

What payment options do I have?
You can pay by bank transfer, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, PayPal invoice purchase (even without an existing PayPal account) and for commercial customers also purchase on account.

How can I tell if my online order was successful?
You will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, it may be that your email address was entered incorrectly or that something did not work during the ordering process. We'll help you. Call us or better - just write us an email. We will check this immediately.

Help - I probably sent the same order twice. What can I do?
No problem - we will check this and cancel an order. If you have already paid, you will receive a refund immediately.

Do you also ship to packing stations?
Yes. Please ensure that this address is complete.

I have a voucher. Where can I redeem it?
At the end of the ordering process, there is a "Enter code" field. Please enter this here.

Where can I rate a product?
After 3 days you will receive an email with the corresponding link.

Can I also order as a guest?
Yes - this is possible through a selection by CUSTOMER NEW CUSTOMER or GUEST.

How do I become a B2B customer?
Send us your trade license. Your access data will then be activated and you will receive an online presentation with discounted net prices.

I am already registered - but I no longer know my customer number. What can I do?
Inform us briefly by email. We regenerate your customer account and send you new access data at short notice, which you can easily change to suit you.
